Return Policy

Items purchased from OCNailArt can be returned within 30 days if unopened and returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Returns are assessed a 15% restocking fee and postage for the order is recovered before a refund is processed. Items that arrived damaged can be returned and refunded at no cost to the buyer. Used items cannot be returned or refunded.

For international buyers, if you refuse your order for any reason or if your order is returned to OC Nail Art for non payment of customs fee, duties, or taxes, a 15% restocking fee and postage fees are collected before refunds are processed.
